Just picked the property from the website .We have stayed at many 5 star hotels around the world.While it was not large and did not have as many special amenities as larger hotels this boutqiues hotel was quite and staff very accomadating close to everything you need in downtown Sao Paulo. But do not go with their selected taxi drivers!!

The location is great with lots of walk-in distances restaurants, bar, pharmacy, etc. The room had a good size, bed and shower very good with a nice touch of having the Phytoervas brand for the shampoo, conditioner and soap all around.

It was really a great hotel but there was a power outage that no one told us about when checking in, so no power for 8 hours! No AC or any flashlight, so that made the stay a bit morr unplesant.

Very pleasant stay again. Very nice breakfast, restaurant. Love the pool but it would now benefit from some repairs, and so would the surroundings and in particular sun umbrellas.
